I do not understand... what is the meaning of this phrase "had no garlic"???? How could one not have several dozen bulbs in the top of the woven sleeve, just so that there is always one to pull out from the bottom? Does the housekeeper not have a system?

Ours is the kitchen with 3 jars of cinnamon because Mr DC always adds it to the shopping list and Mrs DC never checks whether we already have some.

ReplyDeleteI keep a jar of diced garlic in the fridge. Can you buy it that way there? It is not as fresh but works in a pinch.
