Signs of Temptation

I am not normally rebellious
but sometimes the urge overcomes me.

I would normally close a door quietly
but presented with a choice I might change my mind...

No prizes for guessing what I am thinking
as I walk past this...

And here is my ultimate temptation...

It is the only time in my life that I have considered smoking.

Speaking on behalf of tomatoes everywhere:
"Noooooooooooooooo...."

I say rebellion is inherent in the assumption that the door will close noisily, that the steps will be climbed and that the tomatoes will be smoked upon. Fight the power.

I was sitting next to two women who were having a heated conversation regarding body alignment and the benefits of tai chi.
I was eating a huge burrito and drinking a diet Coke. And I wanted a cigarette very badly.
Human nature - or my rebellious streak. Yours to judge.

Then I guess you'd go plum crazy if you saw the inscription I saw tonight on my walk: "Get busy, stay busy, avoid vice, waste, tobacco and booze, and you will have Health, Honor and Plenty." Sheesh!

I know it's not strictly an instruction. but the smalls cannot pass one of those electricity danger signs without mournfuly intoning "Danger of death, mummy." Should I be worried?

What on Earth is anti-climb paint? Is it super slippery to make you fall off? Is it super sticky to make it impossible to get to the top? Is it super sharp to be very uncomfortable to touch? Is it slightly wet so as to paint stain you if you touch it?

I need to know...

You ARE a naughty girl, Alice.

Letting doors slam?

Climbing walls painted with anti-climb?

And those poor helpless tomatoes...I weep for them and their tiny little tomato lungs.

I'm seeing a new side of you, Alice. What's next...tattoos and motorcycles?

Any button labelled "do not press" always presents me with a dilemma.
