Paris in July

It is a grey day but who cares?

You can lean out of your bedroom window

and see Montmartre to your left and the Tuileries to your right.

It is perfect weather to stroll beside the Seine

and admire the gleaming facade of the Musee D'Orsay.

You can stop to choose a postcard

and admire the boats.

Then there is time for some window shopping

before you get to your favourite bistro

just in time for lunch.

Life could be worse.

Here via blackbird ... and I'm jealous. Gorgeous pictures. I took some nice ones in Paris in June, but my camera was stolen from Les Deux Magots.

Keep a good tight grip on yours!

Wonderful - we are going to Paris for the October schools week - and I am so excited about it.

Keep the photos coming,
