Oh oh oh that field of snowdrops makes me weak at the knees.(Just having a bit of a catch up and enjoyed the Napoleonic lesson further down the page. Have you read Sandra Gulland's Josephine B. trilogy? )
I'm here - patiently waiting for my bluebells (they must be a cousin of the snowdrop)...
The church - the grey of the church and the white of the snowdrops - what a beautiful photo..
Oh. I can barely wait until my first snow drops appear. Finally this morning we were frost free.
Oh my. My heart lept when I saw that first photo...gorgeous...and then...the fields of snowdrops. So, so, so beautiful. All of it!
I just saw our first snowdrops this weekend! So lovely! K x
They've all really come up over the last week - when we went away at the start of half term there were only a very few, and when we arrived home the woods and gardens were full!
what wonderful pictures...I cant wait for my birthday camera...we have our first snowdrops out...I just love them...
How beautiful!
perfect snowdrops.... i always think they look the loveliest gently scattered within and around old churches.A happy week to you Alice x
The finest of carpets. They are so full of hope.
oh how lovely. We saw some the other day - again in a churchyard. Our own have failed to appear.
Oh what a beautiful church and the snow drops! I love them. Spring is coming! :) I can't wait to be warm again.
They make my heart soar. Gorgeous photographs Alice.
How lovely. I can only enjoy yours this year - NONE of mine have come up...I wonder why?
These remind me of the Bachelor's Buttons in my Mom's garden.
