The Sniff Test

Ali assures me that this fragrance is very realistic.
How does she know?
Her house always looks immaculate

I could go on and on about those Demeter fragrances. Really. Paragraphs.
Think I'll go read Ali for a little while instead.

that's so funny.

I think my dog uses this. He always smells of "dirt" - especially when he has been Digging Holes.

How exactly is it a 'pick-me-up Cologne spray'?

These high-class sensory experiences too complicated for me to understand.

Well, obviously my house always smells of freshly baked bread and crisply ironed cotton sheets.

Stop laughing at the back!

But move a few inches to either side and reality bites! Believe me, dirt and I are close acquaintances.

That post is pure poetry. Well, 96.5% pure poetry.

I mean housekeeper - my typing gets worse, or is it my speling?

Demeter's fragrances are so very realistic though - I have one called Pink Lemonade and the first time I wore it my little girl came up to me, sniffed, and asked how I smelt so lovely and lemonadey (which was especially strange as I have never been aware of her ever having drunk it!)...so the Dirt is a little worrying...although maybe it's fresh allotmenty wholesomeness in a bottle, rather than just plain grub....

I am unsure in what context to use this 'pick me up' fragrance.

Perhaps for that 'i've been toiling in the good earth' moment, when really i've been on the computer ?!??!
