Shopping without MissM

Shopping without MissM is a dreary affair.
I find myself looking at terrible clothes
And wondering which one to buy.

And then I hear MissM say

It depends whether you want to look like
a Dentist, a Doctor
or a Geography Teacher.

So I buy myself a bag instead.

I sometimes require a shopping minder too. Particularly when I have PMT, because my taste is beyond awful then, but my desire to buy heightened. It's a lethal combination.

Nice bag button!

I am pregnant with my 2nd and I think I might be REALLY EXCITED if it is a girl--because then we can go shopping together! I am sure you are missing MissM.

Miss M has such a fabulous way with words!

I am missing Miss Ashleigh during the most mundane of activities too. I walked around the river and could think of nothing but her.

I usually hear my mother who says:

A CLOWN. A CLOWN WOULD WEAR THOSE PANTS.

or:

THAT'S A NICE DRESS IF YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH YOUR UPPER ARMS.

Can I borrow MissM? I'd quite like to look like a Doctor (my dad was a dentist and I don't want to dress like him). Actually, anything other than jeans and fleeces would be good. I did try for the Nigella inspired long skirt and fitted sweater look but I don't have the waist for it!

Oh no, teenagers are sometimes so sharp in their observations!

I have been known, in particularly expensive/indecisive moments to take a photo of myself in the potential purchase and zap it over to my sister on my mobile for immediate sartorial advice...perhaps you could up Miss M's pocketmoney for this remote advice service?...or just do as you did, and increase your handbag collection. x
