MissM has so much to tell us...
but first...
there are gifts...
A mini samurai sword for MasterM
A box of white chocolate for MrM
A beautiful deep-glazed pot for MrsM
There are chopsticks with geisha pictures
and weird foods
with incomprehensible ingredients lists.
But nothing is quite as wonderful
as the sight of her smiling face.

My face is smiling too. I'm glad for you.
My boys adore those koala cookies.
Oh, to be a Magpie...
Welcome home, Miss M! (Those geisha chopsticks are suitable for framing...)
You are lucky to get gifts. And they are lovely lovely gifts.
I don't want to appear sullen but when hubby returned from Japan this morning the kids got cool gifts. I got the cardigan given out on his JAL flight. And that was only after I grabbed it out of his case and ran :)
Ahhh, she's back. And if choccy koalas are the worst of the foodstuffs she brought home, you got off very lightly indeed!
Japanese koalas... interesting.
So glad she's safely home with or without gifts in hand.
Lovely gifts but far more lovely to have her home.
Welcome home MissM!
Oh, welcome home MissM!
I'm with Ali - some of the Japanese sweets are ... unusual. The koalas look very good though!
Wonderful all together again and so many tales to here of far flung places.
The koalas?
Are freaking me out!
Ditto on the comments about the koalas. It could have been so much worse...
Glad she had a good time in my favourite country :)
